Terms & Conditions
DELIVERY, AFTERCARE & 6-MONTH GUARANTEE
We endeavour to ensure your purchases are with you as soon as possible which is normally around 3-5 working days for gifts and small furniture and then up to 10 working days (unless otherwise specified) for large furniture.
Please read our Health & Safety Notices for Aftercare advice. We supply these in paper form or via email to every one of our customers.
We do provide a Refresh Service for a fee. Andrej will come and resand, burn and varnish your item ready for the new season. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or visit our website www.palletstudio.co.uk to book.
We have a passion for what we do and every single item is made with the utmost care, attention and pride. All items pass a safety check before leaving the workshop.
If you notice any naturally occurring splits or damage, please inform us immediately via email email@example.com with the following:
- • photos of the damage
- • details of the item
- • order details (your name, address, date of purchase)
If the damage is covered by our 6-month guarantee, we will
come and repair it for you free of charge. Damage not covered by our 6-month
- Intentional damage caused from use of heat, water, tools, force etc.
- Damage caused by incorrect use and/or storage of item as advised in our Health & Safety Notices
- Accidental damage caused from heat, water, electricity, acts of God (i.e. falling tree) etc.
- Damage caused by tools in attempt to repair
- Damage caused by pets
